Managing Director​

Mark has over thirty-five years professional experience working on community engagement, development and empowerment in a wide range of cities, towns and villages across the UK, and specialises in setting up locally managed stewardship Trusts.

He is known for “making things happen”, either through strategic planning and business planning with a range of partners and stakeholders, or through organisational change within voluntary or community organisations.

SallyAnne Logan

Trust Development & Management

SallyAnne has over twenty years of experience working in the private, voluntary and local government sector on community related projects ranging from education work for large scale corporates (corporate social responsibility), to a national youth charity and most recently for local government.

Lou Kizwini

Landscape Management Advisor

Lou’s has over 16 years’ experience as a senior manager and director in the not for profit sector, with his most recent role as Managing Director of Groundwork South until Summer 2017. Whilst at Groundwork, Lou achieved the merger of four charitable trusts to create one larger organisation of 150 staff.

David Alcock

Tom Chance

CEO, Community Land Trust Network

Tom has worked in fields connected to the built environment since 2006, including environmental sustainability, planning and housing policy, community-led and self-build development, and community ownership and stewardship. As chief executive of the Community Land Trust Network, Tom has particular strengths and experience both of community development and community led housing.
